Registration fees are to be paid cash upon registering.
These fees are for each level or UF (usually 120 hours), or course, or module.
The more courses you sign up for, the cheaper the fees.

The following are exempt from paying registration fees (although administrative fees still apply)
An exemption from the registration fee is applicable for :

1° Minors ( minimum 15 years old ) who are under 18 on September 15. Do not forget the affidavit Minor in PDF available in the menu "Documents for Download".
2° jobseekers registered with Le Forem or VDAB on submitting the required documentation ; the jobseekers registered with Actiris subject to subsequent approval of the file by Actiris.
3° Those registered with the CPAS, on submitting a CPAS certificate dated the same month as the registration. It must specify the date from which they have been getting the minimum integration wage and stipulate that they are still collecting it upon registering.
4° Belgian civil servants who are obliged to know the second national language, on submitting a document issued by their employer dated the same month as the registration and stipulating obligation d’autorité publique (by order of a public authority), (document available for download…).
5° People with disabilities, on submitting a supporting document issued by PHARE (Brussels Service for people with disabilities), which stipulates the degree of disability and the purpose of benefitting from reduced language course registration fees.
