Belgian and European citizens
A national identity card, or a Belgian residence permit (electronic card) + photocopy, or a valid passport.
Your attention, please : original documents and copies are required.
NB : driving licences, national identity cards from non-EU countries and cards giving the right to reside in an EU country without a Belgian residence permit are refused.
Non-European citizens
A Belgian residence permit (electronic card), or a registration certificate, or a valid passport with visa if necessary ( in this case an additional fee of 90€ will be charged).
Your attention, please : original documents and copies are required.
NB : persons holding an electronic card type A (whose stay limited to 31 October of the current year) must present a work permit (B permit) or a certificate from the University or High School if they are studying.
Job seekers and CPAS
Job seekers :
ACTIRIS : subject to the future approval of your file.
FOREM or VDAB : job seekers will have to provide a certificate of registration. This certifcate must be dated from the month of registration at school. (Registration fees remain due). (Original document required).
CPAS :
People registered with the CPAS benefiting from RIS (income from social integration) are granted immediate exemption from the registration fee on presentation of a certificate from the CPAS dated the month of registration and specifying the date from wich they benefit from the RIS and specifying that they still benefit from it at the time of registration. (Original document required).
Minors
The following document is required for minors : a certificate of enrolment from the secondary school where they are enrolled, European and non-European minors must provide the same certificate stating that the student is, at least, in the 3rd year of secondary school.
